Your role will be optimizing sales and profitability of the export business through servicing our existing customers and by expanding our customer base.  You will be responsible for the sales, management, promotions and marketing of our export team particularly for North Africa and parts of West Africa. You may be required to visit customers based abroad.


Purpose:
As a part of our vision to grow our market share specific to North Africa and parts of West Africa we require a proven export / business development manager to take the lead role in sourcing, acquiring and managing wholesale and distributor channels in the specified regions liaising with buyers, importers marketing managers, product managers and the distributors' sales teams where appropriate.

Role:
* To devise and execute strategies to grow profitable international sales in the specified regions.

* To be hands on, customer facing and also working and managing distributors as appropriate

* To visit key customers and markets on a regular basis (involves international travel)

* Ensuring that our customer service is to the highest possible standard

* To participate in strategic discussions to ensure future international growth.

Reports to:
Director of Operations

As an established role in the business we require someone with a successful and proven background in taking on such an opportunity and ideally you will have experience of dealing with distributor / wholesaler channels in these regions.

It is essential that applicants do have a proven and successful track record within the FMCG sector.

Skills required:

* An excellent track record in growing profitable sales within the FMCG

* A strategic thinker / problem solver with business acumen and commercially astute.

* A minimum of 3 years successful experience in a customer facing and similar role, dealing with and developing distributors and wholesale channels.

* Computer literate and financially astute, with a good understanding of profit management and forecasting

* Proven track record working with consumer goods, with a knowledge of supply chain functions.

* Articulate with strong communication and presentation skills.

* Demonstrating an exceptional level of business acumen & commercial awareness.

Sun Mark is seeking a Hotel Manager to work at their hotel portfolio in the Home Counties. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in the hotel industry and will be a problem solver. The person will have a willingness to learn, be self-motivated and work to deadlines bring and your own special skills to the job. • Lead the Engineering departments with the goal to effectively manage the hotel room inventory, ensuring rooms are maintained and presented in top condition and have close relationships with outside and 3rd parties contractors.

• Oversee reporting hotel revenue and be responsible for the handling of cash.

Cost Control

You will:

• Manage the purchasing of all food and beverage items and hotel operating equipment

• Oversee the management stock in line with fluctuating levels of business, minimizing waste, and delivering a monthly stock report
